Travels, special interests or hobbies

Travel: six and a half months in Europe after graduating from the U of W. Traveled extensively in Iran and Western Europe. In addition, I visited parts of Turkey, Bulgaria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Thailand, Laos, Burma, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Hong kong, Syria, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Canada and Mexico.
Among my interests are reading, photography, hiking, education topics, films, international events, gardening, college sports (especially the Huskies), encountering other cultures, languages and travel.
